I bought this “retro” tie for my son – he likes to be a little bit different, and this seemed pretty cool. It came folded up and in a little celophane wrapping, and on first glance wasn’t much to look at, but opening the package, it’s a nice tie, looks great with his suit, and he likes the satin “sheen” – nice bright candy-apple red, too.
Let me first start out by saying that skinny ties are very stylish, and are sure to get some compliments. I first bought the black tie in February 2010. I wore it with a white dress shirt and white dress pants, I looked smooth. Then, I bought the red tie for Christmas 2010, and everyone at the parties/family gatherings/etc loved it. I then bought the white tie to wear to different events, and again, compliment after compliment. Looking to make a statement? Buy this tie! You won’t regret it. I love it.
