Great product but better customer service

DO NOT WASH IT WITH SOAP ! just put it in cold water with some ACE. Let it soak for 2 or 3 minutes or as soon as you see that the mark has disappeared and rince delicately. Don't press to take away the excess of water just let it dry on its own over a towel
